How Do I Walk In An Orthopedic Walking Boot I Have A Sprained Ankle, What Should I Do?

I have a sprained ankle, what should I do? - how do i walk in an orthopedic walking boot

Finally, after overcoming a hand injury, I recently sprained my ankle. I was in practice was, and made my ankle snapped. Immediately, I could not walk, took a few steps, was then the practice.

I could not walk without a severe limp, and then go home, I went to the emergency room. Radiographs suggested here sprained my ankle swelled up to, and I was referred to a specialist. in order to see the next morning. They gave me crutches, my ankle in a splint and said they have no weight with her.

In the Dominican Republic. Two Agreed that it was an ankle sprain with a possible crack in the bone, received a series of March, orders physical therapy, and no new drugs for the treatment of pain (I had a little the night before). They said that the burden on crutchess as tolerated.

It has now been 3 weeks. My ankle swelling has decreased since the injury. Before, it was enormous. I do physical therapy, but I am not strong enough to walk with a crutch, much less without crutches at all.

Yesterday, at the DRS. I say explicitly that I could not walk or use a crutch. The dr. I said he could not with anybody, anywhere and crutches had to endure the pain. I threw a couple agree with what I have.

In addition, physical therapy today, I said, there could be a possible crack or break. Has anyone advice on how I should approach? I return to the DR in another three weeks.
